fic, c. 2003 or 2004, originally in Fiction Alley

I can't find this fic anywhere; my bookmarks from back then have been fubared for some time. It's another 'time warp' story and I've found several very good ones but they aren't what I'm searching for.
Hermione finds herself back in the Marauders time but she introduces herself to everyone as Jane. Yes, she and Remus fall for each other. She makes it back to "real" time; Remus has figured her out to be the 'Jane' he knew and loved...and who vanished without a word to anyone. Lots of angst in this and a few years pass before things get 'right' between them.

I've searched all the parts of FA and can't find it; again, what sets this one apart from all the other 'back in time' HG/RL stories is that she introduces herself as Jane.

I'm hoping someone knows where this one is located now/thanks in advance!
